Leather and Mirrors and Candles, Oh My!

Here's the latest photoshoot victim.

The photos were taken in my apartment-to-be in San Francisco and is the shoot for which I've done the most pre-planning and set-up. I'm pleased with the results of that extra effort. The model was very open to the range of things I was trying to accomplish which made this experimentation all the more successful.

Cuz of the naked bits, this gallery isn't safe for work.

comment already

because there’s nothing that amuses me more than hearing your pathetic opinion

How in the word did you get that red and purple curtain effect in that dungeon of an apartment? And did you really make a naked man sit in that grody shower?

D,
Oh, and let your model friend know that I loved his 'naked' bits!
Very cool pics, my friend! And a very handsome model!

Valette, I never reveal my trade secrets!! So... here's how its done: I tacked a navy sheet and a red knit throw from a beam in the center of the room. I leaned an uplamp over on a chair and had that 'spotlight' the reverse side of these fabrics. Regarding the shower... I actually cleaned the thing (yes it can be done). I even had him sitting on fabric so he didn't freeze his tuckus though we quickly discovered how much heat that many candles produce in such a tiny room.
