Lately I've been doing a lot of abdominal workouts on one of those exercise balls. While that does minimize the impact on the tendonitis in my neck and shoulders, it still hurts and I've been finding I'm not sleeping as well because of it. So it's come down to a decision: do I want ripped abs or do I want restful sleep. It's not really much of a decision and the importance of the situation is obvious. Anyone with half a brain would know that I would choose ripped abs. Pah-leeez!

because there’s nothing that amuses me more than hearing your pathetic opinion
Hey D,
I don't know if this will help, but take a look at this website... Non-habit forming and an all natural sleep aid...
http://www.melatonin.com/
I know people who swear by it!
Or, do what I do if I can't sleep... Watch old reruns of "The Andy Griffin Show"! One word out of Don Knotts mouth or Otis the town drunk and I'm sound asleep! I think it's an internal protection mechanism to prevent the loss of brain cells due to insipid TV shows...

Hey I was thinking, if your sore from working out try stretching after you've worked out. They have us do that at curves. No matter how hard we push we should never be sore becaue of the stretching. It works. But they only let us streach after working out because the muscles are warmed up by then and its very unlikely to pull anything after being warmed up. If you'd like the stretches to take care of all your muscles, let me know.
